We have certain policies set in place to ensure our business is run efficiently and effectively for all parties involved. We ask that all our clients do their best to respect and follow our policies.  

  • Our no-show, cancellation & rescheduling policy are all the same. We require 24-hour notice prior to the scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule without being penalized. Anything after 24-hours is subject to our $25 rebooking fee. 

  • We work by appointments, and we do not offer grace-periods. If you are late for an appointment you will be running into your service time after 15-minutes you will need to reschedule along with a $25 rescheduling fee. 

  • All sales are final. No refunds.

  • If you are a lash club member, your bi-weekly fill prices are based upon your commitment to bi-weekly fills. Anything in the third week will be $100, anything 4-weeks and out is considered a new membership. 

  • All lash fills are a maxium of 1-hr time duration, additional time incurs additional charge.

  • All new lash clients must come with clean eye areas (No mascara, no eye make up)

  • All promotional offers such as groupons and living social vouchers are for new clients only and one-time use. We will not honor repeat vouchers. 

  • If you are using a promotional voucher, you must book via phone, and are subject to our policies and our booking times. 

  • Certain services are subject to a release of liability form. Minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at the time of their service.
